Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. (TEi) has been awarded a contract by Terrapower to design and fabricate the Sodium-to-Salt heat exchangers for the Natrium™ demonstration project in Kemmerer, WY. The Natrium™ sodium fast reactor is coupled with thermal energy storage and funded in part by the US Department of Energy through its Advanced Reactor Demonstration Projects.
