Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. has been awarded a contract by Dominion Energy to design and supply the Condenser Modules, Waterboxes and Condenser neck mounted Feedwater Heaters for the North Anna Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 & 2. TEI was selected based on their extensive nuclear experience and the ability to manufacture the equipment in the United States.
Manufacturing will begin 2nd quarter of 2024 with equipment delivery in 2nd and 4th quarter of 2026. This project will be engineered at our Cerritos, CA office and manufactured at TEi’s Joplin, MO manufacturing facility. This contract award is in addition to the 32 Feedwater Heaters TEi was awarded in 2020 by Dominion Energy for the North Anna and Surry Generating Stations, Units 1 & 2.
