Babcock Power Renewables LLC, a Babcock Power Inc. subsidiary, acquires Paradigm Enterprises Inc.
DANVERS, MA – August 21, 2023 – Babcock Power Renewables LLC, a Babcock Power Inc. subsidiary, today announced that it has entered into a conclusive agreement to acquire all the outstanding shares of Paradigm Enterprises Inc. Paradigm Enterprises is an electrical power delivery and substation company headquartered in Moorehead, Minnesota that provides a broad spectrum of services for generation, transmission, and distribution substations.
