TEi’s Darren M. Nightingale Receives Time-Honored ASME Prime Movers Award

We would like to congratulate Darren M. Nightingale, Vice President of Engineering at TEi, for receiving the ASME Prime Movers Committee Engineering Literature Award. Darren was recognized for his paper titled ‘<em>Guidelines and Techniques for the Effective Control of Condensate Dissolved Oxygen in Steam Surface Condensers</em>.’

The Prime Movers Committee of the Edision Electric Institute established the award, in order to recognize outstanding contributions to literature of thermal electric station practice or equipment available through public presentation and publication. This time-honored award has been bestowed since 1954.

The Award was presented during the ASME Power Conference at the Power Division Awards Banquet Dinner held on June 27<sup>th</sup>, 2017, at the Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC.
