Multiple Construction Options – Vogt Power International will provide the most constructable unit for every customer’s site-specific application. We offer the following designs to meet our customers’ needs: HRSG Constructability
Loose Harp, in cases where site access is limited, Vogt Power International will reduce the pre-assembly, and supply a design where individual module harps can be transported to the site using normal road transportation. All work together to reduce overall erection sequences and save our customers time and money.

SMART-Box, features a high level of pre-assembly; modules, casing, interconnecting piping, and some structural steel all combined in one box, thereby drastically reducing the number of man-hours needed for erection.

for shipment - Internal large and small-bore piping is shop installed
- Bolted top and bottom transverse beams
- No shipping or up-righting frame required; no load testing required

ECS — Enhanced Constructability SMART, all the features of the SMART design plus, the main steel support structure is added to the boxes in a design we call (ECS). Applicable only where transport and weight limits allow.
Module Box Features:
- Top & bottom transverse beams are shop installed
- Main columns shop assembled to module boxes
- Top, bottom and side casings are shop installed to module boxes
- No up-righting steel required during installation
- Back to back channels and hanger rods are shop installed
- Piping is shop installed inside module casings
- Manifolds used to minimize casing penetrations thus eliminating external pipe spools
MSG — Module Steam Generators, 25–70 MW, single wide modular design. Standard width designs, 1, 2, or 3 pressure levels, and a full range of supplementary equipment with an accelerated delivery schedule.
