Welding Technologies

Overview

Welding Technologies is comprised of two Specialty Welding Departments: Automated Mig Overlay and Orbital/Machine Welding.

The Automated Mig Overlay department provides field weld overlay repair, replacement and refurbishment of plant equipment for the power generation, petrochemical and pulp & paper industries. Welding Technologies utilizes specially designed, state-of-the-art equipment to provide advanced welding solutions to difficult plant problems.

The Orbital/Machine Welding department provides Orbital, Machine and Manual welding, Field Machining, Pre and PWHT services, NDE and supplemental manpower. Our markets served are Nuclear and Fossil Generation, petrochemical and pulp & paper industries.

We have a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Program which meets the requirements of ASME and the National Board Inspection Code, and maintain current ASME “S” and “U” certificates and a National Board “R” certificate.

Our comprehensive Safety Program complies with state and federal requirements and the WTI policy to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees through the awareness and prevention of occupational injuries and illness.
