Maintenance, Repair, & Upgrades

Resident Engineer Programs
Today’s labor market and tightly controlled financial performance parameters impose strict constraints on overhead personnel resources. Our resident engineer program provides highly experienced personnel to supplement your staff. As a convenient option, we offer access to multiple engineering disciplines through purchased blocks of engineering time. Purchasing blocks of engineering services provides you the security of knowing there are professional resources ready to handle your existing or emergent requirements. You decide how to best deploy these personnel to meet your requirements.
Performance Testing / Optimization
With years of experience, our field service personnel will conduct the performance tests at your power plants and industrial facilities to provide you with the critical information you need to determine appropriate action. Test programs include baseline performance characterization, new and retrofit equipment acceptance testing, and combustion and pollution system tuning and optimization. Our testing / optimization program covers pulverizer / fuel, combustion system, fan, air heater, SCR, ESP, and FGD performance, and stack emissions.
