• Coal burning and combustion analysis to determine the effects of fuel switching, for example, burning Petroleum Coke or PRB coal in an existing boiler.
• Analysis of the effects of installing new low NOx burners on combustion and thermal performance in an existing boiler prior to burner installation.
• Determining the effect of increased draft loss from the additional ductwork associated with installing post-combustion NOx and SO2 emissions control equipment (SCRs and scrubbers).
