Overview

Cladding Technologies, a Division of Babcock Power Services Inc. (BPS) is a specialized welding and rebuilding firm dealing with its unique welding overlay process of “Hardsurfacing” or “Hard-Facing” called CLAD-TECH™. This process consists of the application of hard metals to surfaces that are subject to destructive wear. Most of the hard metals applied are by the open arc welding process using automatic welding equipment designed by the personnel of Cladding Technology.

Cladding Technology also provides MPS Roll Wheel Assembly rebuilds and RB/RP/RPS/RS/HP type Journal Assembly rebuilds. We maintain a fully equipped Service Center with trained and qualified specialists to perform these types of overhauls.
