Weld Overlay
Our applications of weld overlay include; boiler tube butt welding, high energy piping CrMo (P91 & P92), piping and vessel overlay and digesters for the pulp and paper industry.

Metallurgy – experience with Monel, inconel, stainless 317L and 309L, CuNi, hastelloy, alloy 625, and 622
Boiler Waterwall Weld Overlay utilizing an Automatic GMAW application combats erosion / corrosion, results in Lower Slopes and Nose Arches and provides new panel tie ins for full protection.
Low Heat input in lieu of Pad Welding results in lower distortion, high production Chemistry and superior pressure boundary restoration.
